Key properties
Foaming alkaline detergent for the food and agricultural sector. "ALK 813 CI" has a high degreasing power against the organic dirt which is typical for the food sector. "ALK 813 CI" is specific for foam applications, it creates a rich and abundant active foam which is capable of clinging onto all surfaces. The foaming effect prolongs the contact time, so the product remains effective even against the toughest dirt and at low temperatures. The product contains additives, so it can be used even in the presence of hard water.

Slaughter houses, factories making cold meats and salami, confectionery companies, dairy product industries, fishing industries, pasta industries, oil industries, wine and drinks industries, the food and agricultural sectors in general.
User instructions
Dilute the product from 0,5% to 5% with water depending on the amount of dirt and the amount of foam that is desired to obtain. Apply the obtained solution using foam systems. Leave it work for a few minutes and then rinse with cold water under high pressure.
